Possibly the best and nice stay on business trip. Nice modern and brand-new units except for fridge.

Not so helpful staff!

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the spa facilities and the variety of pools available. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with early access to the spa in the morning, which was a nice treat. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and we appreciated that dairy-free milk was available upon request. The beds were super comfy, and the showers were spacious with good water pressure. we had a fantastic experience at Vital Hotel Frankfurt.

Gorgeous accommodation with unbeatable setting near to a complete indoor aquatic center complete with sauna, solarium, gym, two water slides a lazy river and much much more, water park and spa and Frankfurt.

The restaurant was small for dinner as well as breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes. The location was comfy and absolutely perfect, 0.5 miles to Frankfurt airport, perfectly reachable. Furthermore, the area was leisure.

I absolutely loved the elegant and charming decoration throughout the hotel. The beautiful furniture, artwork, and soft color palette created a very inviting atmosphere. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around.

I wish there were more assistance available for senior guests. The children working there were kind, but having dedicated staff to cater to the needs of older individuals would have made the vacation even better.

The breakfast had a great range of options, and the staff was accommodating to special requests. The indoor pool turned out to be an absolute gem, with an outdoor area, sauna, solarium, water slides that were several stories high. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was excellent, and the robes and slippers provided in the room were a nice touch. The gym bag with extra towels was provided for use at the pool and spa. The reception staff spoke perfect English and were excellent.

We really enjoyed the delicious food options, especially the healthy and yummy vegan dishes. the massages and other spa services were very relaxing and enjoyable.

the soundproofing of the rooms was not very good as we could hear our neighbors. Nonetheless, overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others!
